a kid wearing two cultural traditions

Alex was celebrating his first Christmas Eve in Sweden and his parents dressed him up with a Santa's costume which are very popular for kids to wear.  His grandma and I(his aunt) came from Taiwan to celebrate his coming to the world, so we prepared this Chinese style vest and a Tiger head cap which is for blessing and a "psychological" promise of safety and health.
When two different cultures meet on a baby boy, it's (though funny...) pretty compatible, isn't it?

I've been in love with painting and drawing since childhood, and drawing is the only thing I feel comfortable and confident doing. However, it's never been considered as my career, I've done a lot of occupations--waitress,modeling agent,military girl,translator,script writer, but one dream has always been hidden in my heart--painting, painting, painting! In 2006, thanks to my boyfriend's encouragement, I finally made the first step to fulfill my dream, and was happy selling some work online! Now I sell my work on ebay and etsy, and am happy sharing my work here with whoever visits...
